In DUPO, we believe that music should always be enjoyable and fun, and we pride ourselves on our combination of high musical standards with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 

Orchestra is a great way to meet people that you would not necessarily encounter through your college or your course - and who will undoubtedly become some of the best friends you will make during your time at Durham!

 

Every rehearsal ends with a friendly drink in Trevs bar, which is always a great way to get to know the other members of the orchestra. We also hold regular socials throughout the year, including bar crawls, barbecues, pizza nights, dinners, concert after-parties and much more!
